• Your service area down to the towns and ZIP codes you actually cover
• Structured data so AI assistants and search engines can read and recommend you
• Photos, credentials and the story of how the business started
• Priority placement in AI-assisted search when it launches

Your standard listing stays free whether or not you ever take it.

Both documents are accessible through links in the website’s footer.

It is run day to day by Honorable Marketing and guided by a small group of advisors, most of whom served.

Yes. HireWarriors.com reserves the right to reject or remove listings that violate the platform’s guidelines or values.

Prohibited content includes:

• Fraudulent claims
• Copyrighted material

All users are expected to:

• Provide accurate listing information
• Secure login credentials
• Avoid offensive, illegal, or misleading content
• Report misuse or suspicious activity
• Use the platform in alignment with its mission

No. There are no accounts on Hire Warriors.

Saving a business stores it in your own browser, so the list stays on the device you saved it on. Clearing your browsing data clears the list.

Yes. The platform never sells data and follows its published Privacy Policy for all information handling.

The platform is grounded in values such as:

• No selling of user data
• No affiliate marketing
• No lead bidding or pay‑to‑play
• Equal visibility for all listings
• Community over competition
• Trust and patriotism at the core

The platform is funded by Honorable Marketing, the team that builds and runs it, out of their own client work. No listing pays for the directory to exist.

Any donation we point you to goes to Upstate Warrior Solution, not to us.

Military ownership is declared by the owner when the business is listed. We do not independently verify every listing, and we do not vet the quality of anyone's work.

Do your own due diligence before you hire, the same as you would anywhere else. If something looks wrong, tell us and we will look into it.

Yes. Every business page has both:

• Share — sends the link through your phone's share menu, or copies it to your clipboard on a computer
• Save — keeps the business in a list in your browser, with no account needed

Yes. There are 102 categories and between them they cover every trade in the directory.

You see the full list when you add your business, and the field lets you type to narrow it down instead of scrolling.

A contact card is a business listing. Each one carries:

• Business name
• Category
• Street address, city, state and ZIP code
• Phone number
• Website or social link

Every card has its own page, with Share and Save and a line straight to the owner.

Open List your business in the menu and fill in:

• Business name
• Type of business or trade
• Address
• Phone number
• Website or social link

It is free, and there is no account to create first.

A category is the plain-English trade a business works in, such as Electricians, Dentists or Landscaping. You pick one when you list your business, and it is how people find you.

We use full trade names instead of numeric industry codes, so nobody has to look anything up.

Use the search on the homepage. Three fields:

• Keyword — the trade or service you need
• Location — your town or ZIP code
• Distance — how far you are willing to travel

Results filter as you type. No search button, no account, no fee.

Hire Warriors is a free online directory of contact cards that helps users find and connect with American warriors — including veterans, active-duty military, and reservists.

Eligible users include:

• Active-duty military personnel
• Military reservists
• Veterans

All must own a business to be listed.

No. Donations go to Upstate Warrior Solution and have no effect on where a business appears.

Directory search treats every listing the same. The Enhanced Profile does not move you up either: it adds depth and structured data to your own page, and it is the tier that will get priority placement in AI-assisted search once that launches.

Searching is free, and listing your business is free. This year and every year after.

The only paid option is the Enhanced Profile, which costs $50 for one full year. It is optional. Every business gets the same standard listing whether or not it pays for one.
