The mission
Connection, not competition.
Hire Warriors was built to give military service members and their families a platform that treats them with integrity, fairness and transparency. Visibility here is never based on financial support. Everyone gets equal exposure, because the point is to connect a community, not to rank it.
We do not follow the pay-to-play model that most directories run on. Nobody buys a better position, nobody outbids anyone for a lead, and no one's contact details are sold on. Search is free, listing is free, and the platform is funded by the team behind it.

Hire Warriors is not a company with a marketing department. It is a handful of people who served, or who work alongside those who did, keeping a free directory online because somebody should.
Honorable Marketing, the team behind the platform, builds and runs the marketing for military-owned businesses: websites, local search, brand and the campaigns that keep the phone ringing. That work is what pays for this directory, so the directory never has to charge the people in it.
Who pays for it
Honorable Marketing funds the platform out of its own client work. Listings pay nothing toward it.
What it costs to list
Nothing, this year and every year after. There is no upgrade you have to buy to be found.
