Read this before you book a verification session.

What this policy covers

Being listed on Hire Warriors is free and always will be. The only thing you can pay for is a one-time $50 verification session: a short video call where you show proof of service, such as a DD-214, a VA card, a military ID or an equivalent document. Passing it unlocks your Enhanced Profile. This policy covers that session and nothing else, because there is nothing else to pay for. There is no subscription, so there is no subscription to cancel.

The fee is not refundable

Once your booking is complete, the $50 fee is not refundable for any reason. That is the rule, stated plainly so nobody is surprised by it later. The fee pays for time we set aside to meet with you, time we cannot give to anyone else once it is held for you. Book the session when you are confident you can make the call and confident you can produce your proof of service on it.

Rescheduling: one free change

You can reschedule one time at no extra charge. To qualify, you have to contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, and the rescheduled session has to take place within 60 days of the original date. That is one change, not a standing option: after you have used it, or if you ask with fewer than 24 hours to go, the booking stands. If you cannot make it at that point, verifying means booking and paying for a new session.

Missing your session

If you do not show up for your session, you forfeit the full booking fee. There is no credit, no partial refund and no rollover to a later date. If you still want to be verified after a no-show, you book a new session and pay the $50 again.

If we have to cancel or reschedule

Sometimes the change is on our side. If Hire Warriors has to cancel or move your session, we arrange a new time with you at no cost, and it does not count as your one free reschedule. You keep that in reserve for your own use.

How to reschedule

Email paul@honorable.marketing, or use the rescheduling link in the confirmation email you received when you booked. Either way works. Send it at least 24 hours before your session so the change qualifies as the free one, and include your business name and the date and time you currently hold so we can find the booking quickly.

How payment works

Bookings and payment run through Google Calendar appointment scheduling. Google handles the payment, which means Hire Warriors never sees or stores your card number. We can see your appointment even though we cannot see your card, so email us about anything to do with the booking itself and we will sort it out from our side.

Booking means you agree to this policy

Booking a verification session constitutes agreement to this policy as written: the $50 fee is not refundable, you get one free reschedule with at least 24 hours of notice and the new session inside 60 days, and a no-show forfeits the fee. If any of that does not work for you, do not book. Your free listing stays exactly where it is either way.
