Being listed on Hire Warriors is free and always will be. The Enhanced Profile is for owners who want their service verified by a human and their listing built out in full. One short video session, one $50 fee, no subscription.
First, the part that costs nothing
The free listing is a real listing.
Your free listing carries your business name, category, address, phone, website and a link to directions. It appears in keyword and location search, it has its own page, and anyone can share it or save your contact card to their phone. We do not bid your leads out, we do not charge for placement, and we do not sell your data. If that is all you need, stop here. Nothing below is required.
What the $50 adds
Eight things a verified profile does that a basic one cannot.
Verified badge
A human at Hire Warriors looked at your service record and confirmed it. The badge shows on your page and next to your name in search results.
Logo and photos
Your logo plus up to six photos of your work, your crew or your shop. A basic listing has no images at all.
Your own words
A full description, the services you actually offer, and the branch and years you served. A basic listing shows only the category we matched you to.
Hours and service area
When you are open and how far you travel, so nobody calls you about a job three states away.
Credentials in writing
Licenses, insurance, bonding, SDVOSB or VOSB status, certifications. The things a buyer asks for before they hire anyone.
More ways to reach you
Email, social links, and a booking or quote link that takes people straight into your own scheduler.
Readable by machines
Verified listings carry structured data, so search engines and AI assistants can quote your hours, your trade and your service area correctly instead of guessing.
Priority in your category
Verified businesses sort above unverified ones inside their category. Not an auction, not a bid. Verification is the only way in.
How it works
Fifteen minutes on a video call.
1. Book and pay
Pick a time that works. The $50 is paid when you book. You get a confirmation email with the call link.
2. Show your proof
On the call, hold up a DD-214, a VA card, a military ID or equivalent documentation. We look, we confirm, and we do not keep a copy.
3. We build it out
We take your photos, description, hours and credentials on the same call and your verified profile goes live within two business days.
Before you book
The $50 is not refundable once the booking is complete. You can reschedule once at no charge if you tell us at least 24 hours ahead, and the new time has to fall within 60 days. A no-show forfeits the fee. If we are the ones who have to move the session, it costs you nothing and does not use up your free reschedule.
